Sharp Energy's Community Gas Systems ™ are regulated for safety by the Public Service Commission, and also reduce Sharp Energy's cost to deliver propane to customers through a single storage location, eliminating the need for multiple delivery vehicles to make stops within a single neighborhood.

Sharp energy can pass this savings on to its customers. This is accomplished by tying our Community Gas System™ pricing directly to refinery pricing. Your costs fluctuate whenever refinery costs move up or down. This pricing structure allows more stable pricing from month to month and typically provides Community Gas Systems ™ customers with savings of $.20 to $.30 per gallon over conventional propane delivery.

Addition savings are available during the winter months by participating in Sharp Energy's Pro Cap program, which allows customers to cap their winter pricing during summer months when costs are historically lower. This program is offered during the summer , so call your local Sharp Energy District Office for details.
