With our Direct Payment Plan, you can eliminate the need to write checks or travel to any of our offices to pay your bill. Your payment will be automatically deducted from your checking or savings account approximately 15 days after your statement date. You will still receive a statement each month showing the amount that you owe.

If you believe you have a problem with your bill, you'll have 10 days from the statement date to resolve any discrepancies -- if you believe everything is okay, you do not need to do anything at all -- your account will automatically be debited approximately 15 days from your statement date. It's that easy. Your next month's bill will reflect your payment, just as if you paid by check. Your monthly bank statement will also show the amount deducted from your account and paid to us.
