Are you in need of a gas appliance repair? Contact your local Sharp Energy office. Sharp Energy will either schedule one of their Service Technicians, or refer you to a local repair business.

If you are a Salisbury District Sharp Energy customer, you may be eligible to sign up for the "Peace of Mind Protection Plan," which covers your furnace or water heater. Sharp Energy will service, repair, replace parts -- and even replace if necessary -- your furnace or water heater.

This program is only available to customers served by the Salisbury District at this time. Service Technicians will inspect your furnace or water heater, free of charge, and the fee covers you for the entire year!

Under this exclusive plan, Sharp Energy will fix, repair or replace, up to and including complete replacement of your entire furnace/boiler system, space heater or hot water heater. This includes an annual tune-up and safety check to ensure the integrity and safety of your propane gas system and equipment. The program also includes:

  • Pressure test of the system.
  • Test and check of all propane controls.
  • Check, clean and/or replace the burner thermocouple and pilot light orifices.
  • Check and adjust ignition system.
  • Lubricate motor bearings.
  • Test fire propane burner(s) to be sure that they are operating properly.

To be eligible for this exclusive Peace of Mind Protection Plan, there are three easy steps:

  • Call Sharp Energy at 410.749.4147 (Salisbury District customers only). Following an inspection of your heating system by a Sharp Energy representative, you may become eligible for the plan.
  • You must purchase your entire year's propane supply from Sharp Energy on an automatic delivery basis.
  • Your account with Sharp Energy must remain in good standing at all times.
