I am only annoyed at the fact that I had to fill out four pages of paperwork, and having just movered and being self employed I didn’t get to it and there was a threat of my gas being turned off! What an antiquated process! Every other utility that I had to sign up for including water, electric, and Internet Didn’t require me to do anything like this. In fact, I just spoke with someone over the phone. They took my information and I was done. Sharp required this documentation and physical signature on two of the 4 documents. I mean cmon!

After a short while I assume when it slowed down he came and introduced him self as Greg. I stopped in with my RV to fill my LP tank on the way back from Assateague National Seashore. The technicians and office staff were all very helpful and friendly and everything was clean and well organized. I will definitely use their services in the future.Pro Tip. had a new tank delivered around October. They hooked it up made sure that the lines had no leaks and the fireplace was working.We decided to get a new log set up for the propain fireplace. We ordered it they came and installed it. the guys that came to install the new set up explained exactly what we need to do from start to finish. This company is definitely the best around. We continue to use them and have them come once a year to fill my propain tank and clean my fireplace and pressure test my lines for leaks.

I’ve dealt with Sharp while living in VA, MD, and now VA again, spanning over 20 years. Recently, I had Sharp install a propane tank, run a line to my new gas stove, and install a quick disconnect on the back of the house for my propane grill. The technicians were polite, fast, and very knowledgeable. They were extremely professional, and cleaned their mess such that you would never know they had been here if not for the propane tank tucked neatly against the side of the house. I’m a very inquisitive person and they politely answered all 500 of my questions. Chris Rantz was the rep I dealt with and I couldn’t be happier with the experience or the technicians they sent. Always on time. No fees for tank rental if you use 200 or more gallons a year. Great prices if you are using gas to heat your home (over 100 gallons a year). VERY friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have called the local office on several occasions and they are the nicest people!
